Research Interests

Spectroscopy and photophysics of organic molecules, metal organic complexes and dyes. The photophysics and spectroscopy of electrically driven light emitting materials. Stark and Zeeman spectroscopy. Photophysics of wide gap semiconductors particularly silver halides and materials with forbidden band to band transitions. Semiconductor donor acceptor radiative recombination investigations with emphasis on the use of optically detected magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Quantum size effects in semiconductors.
